Blade Dimension Range
For pork/beef/fish/poultry, we have developed derinder and skinner blades. For vegetable/fruit, we have developed slicing, dicing, and slitting blades. Specifically for potato chip slicing, we have developed straight blades and ruffle blades.
We produce blades ranging from ¼” long to 40” in length and also are able to supply continuous coils of ground material for customer customization. Our team has the unique ability to work projects from prototyping less than 100 blades to production runs into the millions.
Our blades are the result of vertically integrated manufacturing, tightly controlled processes. From steel selection and stamping through heat treatment, grinding, finishing, and inspection, each step is treated as part of a connected system.
